How do we quote and work?
We start with a conversation about what you want the fence to do. Then we look at the lot, measure the line and talk about material, height, gates and any rules that may apply, such as city permits or HOA approval.
You get a written quote before work starts. It lists the fence type, the length, the gates and what is included. If something unexpected turns up on site, such as buried rock or an old footing, we talk to you before changing the plan or the price.
We do not promise dates over the phone. We give a schedule once we have seen the site and know the material lead time.
